This was our first new car purchase in more than five years. I wanted to surprise my wife by getting her a new Toyota Avalon for Christmas. Paula Lemkuil made this surprise possible for me. Her efforts made it possible for me to give my wife the car on Christmas Eve so we could drive to a dinner party we were attending in style.
