Worst place to take your vehicle for repairs. They quoted 300. For brakes and roters with tax out the door in an hour. My bill came to 600. For breaks and they had me car for 10 hours. We bought a used 2021 RAV4 Prime in pretty good condition. We paid top dollar, over 60k. It took a few days for us to pick up the car because they needed to detail it. When we finally picked i condition. We paid top dollar, over 60k. It took a few days for us to pick up the car because they needed to detail it. When we finally picked it up, they didn't have the Car Charger and they only gave us ONE key. So after one week of ownership, we finally got the charger...the purpose of having an sustainable EV car is to be able to charge the car at home so you can drive it. Good Customer Service is getting 2 keys with the purchase of a car from a dealership...new or used. Just like the charger, if you don't have a 2nd key, the dealer has the ability to order one. It didn't say in the contract how many keys come with the car. But I'm sorry, I believe in good old customer courtesy and a car should come with 2 keys especially if you are paying over 60K for your car from a dealer that can just order one. This dealership is all about the sale and not the customer service. We will not be buying a car here again nor are we going to have the regular maintenance preformed here or at any other Mossy dealership. Very dissatisfied with Mossy. Eric & Tina More
Been here twice and both experiences were not good. First time I had my car serviced for a loose gas cap took about 8 hours for them to fix, was late to pick up my kids from school. This last time I First time I had my car serviced for a loose gas cap took about 8 hours for them to fix, was late to pick up my kids from school. This last time I went there, I went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Dropped my car off at 1030 and it wasn’t done till almost 3 pm! I was about to drive home on the freeway and the steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably and my tire was was wobbling. I had to turn around and have them fix it, at this point I’m already late to pick up my kids from school. When they looked at my wheel they made some excuse about how they didn’t know how to rotate a wheel on after market wheels. I’ve taken my car to vavoline and mossy Honda, they never had that issue. So after they “fixed” it they handed me a piece of plastic saying that I needed to get a new wheel. I NEVER even had any issue with my wheel prior to this oil change. I know there are human errors but this was a real bad error, this little accident could’ve costed me my car and life. By the time I left it was 415, that’s almost SIX hours just for a simple maintenance. Vavoline 20 min, Mossy Honda 1 hour. I am beyond upset about how much you wasted my time and the xxxxxxxx you try to tell me instead. For you tell me that I need to buy one new wheel because your guys done know how to bolt a wheel on is so messed up. I do not need to buy a new wheel because of your mistake. You need to fix this issue. Unbelievable. A EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. More
PRICE GAUGING - UNPROFESSIONAL - STAY AWAY - DISHONEST This is the most unprofessional and dishonest car dealership I have ever come across. I had made a deal to buy a car in transit from sa DISHONEST This is the most unprofessional and dishonest car dealership I have ever come across. I had made a deal to buy a car in transit from salesman Dennis. We agreed on a price ($5000 above MSRP, due to supply issues). They asked me to fill out the credit application and send my information, which I did the very same day. The next day, Dennis informed me the manager - named SAM, decided that he can get more money above MSRP for the car once it arrives to the lot, and that they would not be selling the car to me as a result. I spoke to SAM myself, as well as Gina Gonzalez from their customer service department, and they acknowledged that this was indeed the case. They were extremely rude over the phone. This is pure greed and highly unprofessional. I had turned down other offers from dealerships to buy from this dealership. Please be aware before doing any business with Mossy Toyota. More
