T DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOSSY TOYOTA!!! PLEASE SHARE! This dealership's service department has no integrity, no respect for patrons or their time. They quoted a price of $130 to make a new key for my daughter's car, knowing she has no existing key, and instructed her she'd have to get it towed to them. We had it towed here and were then told it's $430. The person who gave us the quote confirmed to management she t quoted a cost of $130. It took several minutes to get to talk with the service manager, DALE SNOW, who would not agree to honor the quote. I explained the last time we were here for a recall they did not have the parts even though we'd made an appointment so we had to come back a second time and he was nowhere to be found when we tried to complain on both occasions. My daughter is very sick and working on her PhD, so this is all particularly inconvenient and costly. I told him this is no way to manage a service department or conduct business and that we can find a locksmith to come to us for only $120. His response was to say he'd split the difference, rather than to honor their original quote. Obviously we're having the locksmith come instead and will never come to MOSSY TOYOTA again! I ask that you pass this along and stay clear of this crooked, uncaring business! More
Surprise Bills I came in to get my doors and brakes looked at and to get an oil change. At first he didn't say anything about any diagnostic fee, so l asked him, knowing that there usually is some kind of diagnostic fee. Of course there is. $130. I said that was fine because Richard assured me that "the $130 goes towards fixing the car." As it turns out, it was $1600 to have my doors fixed, so I obviously decided not to have them fix the doors and to just have them put on new brakes and do the oil change. After waiting over 4 hours, my car was finally finished and Richard explained to me the total. Previously, he told me it would be around $500 for new brakes and $35 for an oil change. Curiously, now Richard told me that the total was around $700. I asked him to break down the charges for me, and what do you know, there was the $130 diagnostic fee added on top of the cost of the brakes. I said, "Hey, I thought you said that the $130 went towards fixing the car." Richard responded that the $130 only went towards fixing the doors, not the breaks, and because I wasn't having the doors fixed the $130 had to be added on top. As you can imagine, my reaction was less than friendly. First, Richard did not tell me about any diagnostic fees, I had to ask him about it. Second, he tried to surprise me at the end with a bill that was way higher than what he had quoted and what I was expecting. This was a totally cheap move on their part and something a classic, dishonest car dealership would do. After telling him how unhappy I was with him, he knocked the $130 in half, but it was still unacceptable. Oh and before I forget, while I was waiting for four hours, I overheard what I assumed to be a sales manager tell a group of salespeople that "If you were just straight up with people, we wouldn't have all these problems" to which they all had a good chuckle. Classic. Haha. Ha. Ha. Overall, my experience was that this dealership will try to screw people out of money, has very poor customer service skills, and takes an extremely long time to do any repairs. More

It took a very long time for my insurance company to total my car and my credit situation was challenging to say the least. The store manager, Chris Ross, went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined someone would do and made it possible for me to get into a 2015 Toyota Prius II. Ary Elias, the finance manager worked absolute magic and secured the financing, I was never made to feel bad about my less than ideal credit. I had decided that I would not be able to afford the Pruis and was ready to purchase a less expensive vehicle but in the end I was able to purchase the car I wanted because they gave me an excellent deal. I am so very grateful to Chris Ross and the entire Mossy team for helping me when I was so in need. More
Service Advisor team under staffed. I've sat in the service drive for 20 minutes and no one came up to help me. They say to wait in your car, but I had to finally get out my car and get someone, the first person in a service shirt. I had a 3:pm appt. for a new battery and an oil change. The battery was the most expensive of three places, Cost Co. $85, AAA $100 installed, Mossy Toyota $120. 1:45 minutes later I walk over to see my car in the drive finished. No one came to tell me. After all this, they could have given me a free car wash to show good will. Nope. I won't be back. More
Lost truck keys My brother Jim bought his Tacoma at this dealership 10 years ago. He has serviced it there since. Last week he took it in for a smog check. Went back three hours later and they had lost the keys and not performed the smog check. Good thing he had a hidden key on the vehicle. He left and won't be back. More
Reneged Deal by Dealer My son in the Military went to look at a 2013 Camry on 5/26/2015 going for $16,291.00 after sitting down with the salesman and working numbers. Stati My son in the Military went to look at a 2013 Camry on 5/26/2015 going for $16,291.00 after sitting down with the salesman and working numbers. Stating he would like to think about since, his intent was to finance through Navy Fed. The Manager came over and offered it to him for $14,991.00 - and then stated they could finance for 3.75%. This is all without running his credit. My son stated he would like to think about it or sleep on it since he had to be to work early the next morning. They wrote up 3 different vehicles my son looked at and instead of giving him paperwork on the vehicles, they told him to camera shoot the paperwork on their numbers for all 3 vehicles. They also offered to allow him to take the vehicle. Today he called and wanted the numbers on that vehicle to apply for his credit application on the vehicle, since he was not given a workup sheet last night. All of a sudden - they could no longer do the deal for what they offered at $14,991.00 -- then they had another salesperson call him back stating they could get him financing if he wanted to do the deal on the 16,291.00. He had received 3 calls with 3 different run arounds regarding the vehicle, they offered him for $14,991.00. They would never provide a sheet with all the numbers showing car cost, taxes, fees and bottom line (instead take a picture with your camera). The whole situation was shady at best. I would not recommend this dealership with these sort of sales techniques. Also this is a military person being treated in such a way and I will make sure that he spreads the word around his base. This was done on Memorial Day which really says alot about this dealer and their use of a Military Holiday to promote their cars. More

Professional, Easy going, Caring, Efficient Experience! I began my search online for a Prius and read positive reviews about Bernadette and proceeded to initiate my interest in a Prius through her. Bernadet I began my search online for a Prius and read positive reviews about Bernadette and proceeded to initiate my interest in a Prius through her. Bernadette was instantly informative, up front, caring, efficient, and most importantly had a family oriented demeanor. I can't say enough positive things about working with Bernadette. Bernadette was logical in showing me my options and teaching me about what was best for my budget instead of pushing me into something more expensive. The first meeting with Bernadette I felt like she was family no kidding, and was very comfortable with her and with a very happy gentle demeanor. It took a total of 2 days total to drive home happy with my Prius. I took an extra day to think of my options without pressure whatsoever from Bernadette. I highly recommend Bernadette for ALL of your family and friends who want a no nonsense, intelligent, informative, happy, caring experience with your new or used vehicle purchase!
