Worst Customer Service I had the worst first car buying experience. The financial manager Andrew Gray was very rude. The day I initially bought the car he told me tire insur I had the worst first car buying experience. The financial manager Andrew Gray was very rude. The day I initially bought the car he told me tire insurance, the alarm system and the warranty was included in the price of the car. Two weeks later when the statement comes in I realize there was an extra cost for all those optional items that I was never told was an extra charge. I review my contract (that was never shown to me while I signed)and call in to see if it the optional items be changed and a very helpful lady says it can be done so I make the appointment again with Andrew Gray. I show up to the appointment and he makes us wait for 20 mins while he’s chatting with his coworkers laughing and he comes out and calls us into the office and I told him I wanted to take these optional items off the contract and he starts yelling at me saying these things were discussed the first day and I asked him to not give me attitude to just cancel those additional items and he continued to be very rude and unprofessional saying I knew nothing about finance and how he should clearly be my financial adviser. At this point I wanted to almost cry of the attitude Andrew was giving me to try to make me feel stupid but I stood strong to have those additional items off my contract. Everything but the alarm system was taken off the price. He said he had nothing to do with the purchase of the alarm system I had bought it downstairs in the sales department but I was never informed at any moment of a purchase of an alarm system. We even told him the first day before we bought the car a sales man gave us the keys and said you’re good to go and I told him we still need to do the paperwork to pay for the car. Never was that alarm system discussed. I called to speak to the general manager because of Andrews horrible customer service and no one answered. It was a horrible experience never coming back. More
