Waste of time ! This dealer is full of xxxx. Spoke to them over the phone. They scheduled an appointment for me for a TRD PRO 4Runner. Lady over the phone said they h This dealer is full of xxxx. Once I arrived she said it was at a different Lot. the. After minutes of waiting she said it was actually in transit to the dealer. After more agonizing time waiting. She finally confessed it wasn’t even on the way and was out of state. To be delivered 5 days from the date I was there. TOTAL xx.!! Never ever coming here again. More

I have a problem with the quality of work performed and charges for work not accomplished. I was led to believe fluids were topped off using , Avalon Super Long Life Coolant (Pink), Quantity 2 $43.78, Labor 56.00 Hazwaste Disposal: $10.00 Brake fluid was still at the Low mark. Upon visual check at my residence I discovered the above was not accomplished. Hence I paid $187.61 for partial maintenance missed my VA Hospital Appointment I am extremely unsatisfied with the whole situation and require amends as soon aspossible. With behavior as these “Brand” and reputation is at risk. More
