I am sorry you feel this way Cathy. Our management team and myself have listened to your complaint and spoken with all parties involved. We value all of our customers whether they are Costco customers or not. I have confirmed that you were NOT routed to us through the Costco program. Our staff indicated that at no point did you mention Costco until a couple months after your purchase. I understand it is frustrating to realize after the fact that you may have qualified for the Costco program. But at this point your contract is complete and now with the bank. I assure you we do not lie to customers in order to get them to buy a Toyota or any of our products offered in finance. I offered to have someone go over your vehicle with you again and you declined. We stand by our products and try to provide the best experience possible to all of our customers. My apology is heartfelt and we wish you nothing but the best.
