Mislead and blatantly lied to. Wow, what a horrible experience. I was lied to as I was blindly swept into a lease for a vehicle I drove for 5 minutes. Don't trust the salesman. When I asked if the dealership honored the Costco membership, I was told, in no uncertain terms, NO, not for leases. I was turning in a leases vehicle (which they also grossly mislead about) so thought that was that. Sadly, a big fat, expensive LIE. Now, I have paid top dollar for a car that was not what I really wanted. Of course, some of it is my responsibility, but I was mislead and trusted (big mistake) my salesman. We never went over the features of the vehicle I ended up with. I test drove a different vehicle and thought the new vehicle had the same, if not at least, similar features. WOW, another shock when driving away and I discovered the features I liked were NOT the features in my new car. I was up-sold in finance the added KARR security system that "all cars" in the area have. An empathetic; no one goes without it. LIE. I was told with KARR I could lock my car from anywhere with my phone. That was a valuable feature if it had been true. Another LIE. I was never shown one feature of my new car except the "hold" button. Big whoop. I tried to work with sales manager and customer service to soften the blow, but they said the usual uber empty, "sorry, can't help you". Zero good will. I could go on about all the lies and deception, but I hope you get the point. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Saved me from a Toyota Carlsbad mistake Let's just say Austin is a stand up guy who sticks to his word. Made a deal with him via text before I ever got to the dealership and he stood by it when I arrived without any stereotypical sales guy BS (upsale, hard sell on the extra insurances, bait and switch etc.) The only other person I dealt with was Stacy Perry the FInance Manager and she was great as well. I got nothing but love for these folks. Wish I could say the same for Toyota Carlsbad. They are the biggest dealer in the area....they act like it too. But, I went there first and they could have had my business by simply sticking to the deal they offered via their "Toyota Express." But, instead they gave me a bunch of stereotypical car salesman lines about "computer didn't calculate this...", "we don't lease that because...", "wait, we will lease that but not at the price we offered, it's gonna more because...", "let me get my managers...". Trust me, go with Austin. The negotiation feels more like a discussion about your new vehicle price, Realizing my mistake and calling Mossy, saved me $100/month off of the "Toyota Express" price from Carlsbad. More
