When asked why wasn’t this found on the primary inspection they blame maybe a previous shop over tighten however it was in their possession that this occur. Im originally at dealership because no parts store sold their ABS magnetic ring. The part goes by a few names , even when i tried looking up the car on their website by vehicle vin number the exploded diagram didn’t show the part or any part number. But they showed me one and said that perhaps i looked at the wrong car as they have various models , to what i responded that would be very difficult to believe since i looked it up by vin then he tells me it probably outdated . When he said this i immediately thought and thats my fault?. Any how a 2 rear drum brake turned into $1900 something and i asked for a discount it came to $1500+CA tax. And to add more harm to injury they keep telling its gonna be ready tomorrow. And they have had my vehicle for almost the whole week, i am very disappointed at this location at this point. I will never come back here after this experience. More

Sales manager Larry lacks professionalism unless you are making him money. He told me to my face after 2.5 hours in the liberty that other clients were more important because they were making money for him making him money. After waiting almost a whole month for this vehicle, we finally got the call from their manager that they had the truck for us. After setting up an appointment to get our truck the same day, not even 3 hours later they sold our truck to someone else. No phone call or anything to let us know the truck was sold. When we showed up to our appointment, that's when the manager told us the scenario that they had already sold the truck to someone else. Not only were we lied to by them, but they failed to call us and inform us before we drove all the way to the dealership. After trying to figure out what happened (he didn't even know what to say), the manager blamed our salesman who WASN'T EVEN AT WORK TODAY saying he should of called us. IF YOU CALLED US TO TELL US THE TRUCK WAS THERE, WHY CANT YOU CALL US BACK? Once this all was over my wife and I requested to speak to the General Manager. The level of customer service he had with us was absolutely atrocious. His exact words after I mentioned leaving a review was "Go ahead, I'm the one who will be replying to it." I will never take my business to Nissan ever again, let alone the MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE location. For all future customers reading this, let this be a forewarning that this place is money hungry, and their management will stiff anyone in order to get a sale.
