Brandon stressfully tricked my girlfriend into buying a car and would not allow at her request twice to leave and think about it. When she came to look at the car on delivery day she told him she changed car and would not allow at her request twice to leave and think about it. When she came to look at the car on delivery day she told him she changed her mind then he said "ok" and about five minutes later came unglued like a spoiled kid. he said that she had wasted twelve hours of his day even he is getting paid to do this job... hum, and told me to stay out of the conversation that i had nothing being her fiance to do with this. So i became irrate at him and demanded our money back even though i was his biggest supporter to get the car. Nicholis tried to fix the deal and gave her time to think about it over the weekend and when she left messages for him on sat, sun, and monday she got the same response that he was not there. so went in on last wednesday to get her check and nicholis walked by twice and never said a word to us and we were told earlier that he was not there. Very rude dealership and untruthful about little facts like the warranty starting from the mileage on the car which is false it starts from mile one and if you get the car like we would have at 79 miles the warranty was already in effect. would never buy a car from this dealership. please go elsewhere to shop.
