Awesome service experience! I was just there today to get my 2015 Nissan GT-R serviced and I would just like to say I was treated like a king the entire time! Both Carlos and Mi I was just there today to get my 2015 Nissan GT-R serviced and I would just like to say I was treated like a king the entire time! Both Carlos and Michael did an outstanding job getting me checked in and out given the fact they were so busy. Scott, the GT-R Technician, was also very professional and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. He really made me feel at home and shared the same interest in GT-R's as I have. I will definitely take my GT-R here again when it comes time! Outstanding job guys! More
Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE!!!! I am not joking! They are the most uneducated mechanics I have ever had work on my car. I have a Nissan DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE!!!! I am not joking! They are the most uneducated mechanics I have ever had work on my car. I have a Nissan Sentra that we purchased from them back in 2008 that needed an oil change. When I took the car there to get the oil change they inspected the engine and then told me that my engine was blown out, cracked, and leaking. I am not a mechanic so I did what most people did. I believed what they said but when they told me that I had never come in to get my oil changed with them…that was Complete Bull! I always got my oil changed with them and they told me I hadn't had one since 2009. A car cannot run like that! When a car goes without oil the engine will make horrible noises and then completely stop working. They were charging me close to $6000 to fix it. Now let me tell you my car was in an accident before and Nissans collision center took care of the repairs and told my insurance company that my wheels were aligned and that the oil levels were perfect and that the car was ready to go. 2 months later when i went for a simple oil check David at the Dealership told me that the wheels were not aligned and the engine was shot. When I took my car back home I went to another different dealership for a different opinion and they told me that car had low oil and that it had no cracks and no leaks. NOTHING THAT INDICATED THAT THE ENGINE WAS SHOT! We did some research and talked to our insurance and our insurance told us that they have a physical report that says that nissan changed my oil. I also have the papers to prove that and I will. The insurance company will be conducting an investigation with Nissan and prove that their systems and lack of mechanic practices can cost many of the consumers money. They will be hearing from the insurance soon. Especially after they had erased all of my codes for my cars computer that deals with the lights that display on my dashboard that warn me when something is wrong with the car. So now they show that they don't even care about your safety. More

He was so nice and down-to-earth that it was almost hard to negotiate with him. We negotiated both leases and purchases on two different new Altimas; I ultimately leased a fully-loaded Altima. I put a little more down than I wanted to, but it was less than they originally wanted down. I also got my monthly payments down by about $100/month. To be honest, I couldn't have done it on my own. My rather muscular friend, who's a car salesman, came with me. Everyone seemed to be under the impression he was my boyfriend and he did most of the negotiating for me. (I would've gone weak and given in probably.) Nick in finance was also great. He ultimately gave us a great deal on the extended warranty/KARR alarm since this was my first new car. (This alone would make me return to Mossy Oceanside.) Also, Brandon contacted me several times after the sale just to see how I was enjoying my car and if I had questions. He even responded to a text message when I did have a question on how to do something on my car! My family has purchased cars from Nissan, Honda, Toyota, and Kia in recent years; not a single salesman contacted long drive to Mossy to get this car and I couldn't be happier with my experience! More
Stay far away!! After leasing a new 2011 quest we drove it off the lot with wiring problems that we were lied to about, needless to say in was in the shop a few days after we got it and they didnt even pro it off the lot with wiring problems that we were lied to about, needless to say in was in the shop a few days after we got it and they didnt even provide us with a vehicle that fit our family size we traded in a 7 passanger for another 7 passanger and they would only provide us with a compact car. Now we are dealing with a whole other issue with a very dangerous recall that has to do with the fuel system and the van will completly shut off even on the highway!!! They have been absolutly no help and expect us to drive across the USA on offical military orders with small children in a recalled deathtrap! More
Brandon stressfully tricked my girlfriend into buying a car and would not allow at her request twice to leave and think about it. When she came to look at the car on delivery day she told him she changed car and would not allow at her request twice to leave and think about it. When she came to look at the car on delivery day she told him she changed her mind then he said "ok" and about five minutes later came unglued like a spoiled kid. he said that she had wasted twelve hours of his day even he is getting paid to do this job... hum, and told me to stay out of the conversation that i had nothing being her fiance to do with this. So i became irrate at him and demanded our money back even though i was his biggest supporter to get the car. Nicholis tried to fix the deal and gave her time to think about it over the weekend and when she left messages for him on sat, sun, and monday she got the same response that he was not there. so went in on last wednesday to get her check and nicholis walked by twice and never said a word to us and we were told earlier that he was not there. Very rude dealership and untruthful about little facts like the warranty starting from the mileage on the car which is false it starts from mile one and if you get the car like we would have at 79 miles the warranty was already in effect. would never buy a car from this dealership. please go elsewhere to shop. More
Mossy Nissan would do nothing to help me get a repair caused by a defect in the design of their 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. There are hundreds of cases with the same specific issue on the same specific model caused by a defect in the design of their 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. There are hundreds of cases with the same specific issue on the same specific model but they will do nothing to fix the issue other than carging a higher rate than a regular transmission shop! More
