Tommy Ernandes was very helpful and got me a great deal. I also get my car serviced there for the usual stuff and am happy every time. my camry comes back cleaner than when it goes in! ha! More
Moss Bros. dealership was not the first Toyota dealership we went to. I found them I think thru AAA if I remember correctly or maybe the Scion website. I called, and I talked to Sam Batniji from the fleet department in Moreno Valley. Wow!!! He hustled to get the car in the color my husband wanted. I was in a hurry to get the car because my child had a ceremony that evening at his school so I was calling Sam all day and he took my call each time, and was courteous and assuring that the car was coming. I am not an easy customer, I'll be the first to admit that; and $17000.00 is the bottom of the barrel pricing now for a car, but I was treated as if I was spending a million dollars. I am quick to complain and walk on a sale because of a bad attitude or someone who couldn't care less about getting my money.Our guy knew where we stood on price and wasn't pushy at all, just offered a few things and answered all our questions, but he was hustling without us feeling rushed. He just showed a sense of urgency which I loved. I hate when salespeople come off arrogant and non chalant and pushy. Our salesperson was OUTSTANDING, everyone couldn't have been nicer. Financing was easy, and the lady we dealt with there was wonderful and knowledgeable, and got us in and out. Great Experience. More
We purchase a 2010 Toyota Camry in June 2009 at Moss Bros from Shandell Winderl (Wonderful Lady). The purchase process was without any stress for the sales lady was very professional and courteous. The follow-up service on upgrading our car security system went extremely smooth and they took the time to explain how to use it. In 2011 we experienced road damage to our front bumper. Contact Moss Bros for assistance and they directed us to their body repair dealership in San Bernardino. Their representative in the Body Shop did an outstanding job on replacing the front bumper and matching our silver color car – exactly. In 2012, our driver side leather seat started separating on the left lower front at the seam. Call them again and asked for assistance as our car was just out of warranty due to mileage. We dropped our Camry off at the Toyota dealership prior to going on a short vacation for the Toyota District Representative(TDR) to evaluate. Moss Bros called us and told up that the TDR was going to replace our seat as Customer Goodwill. Later, we found out that the TDR was not going to replace our seat, as we have not been having our car serviced regularly at Moss Bros. Jayson Moss (Honda Dealership Manager) went to bat for us and successfully persuaded the TDR to replace our seat. We wish to express our deepest appreciation to Service Representatives Michael, Steve, Mike, Honda Manager Jayson, and all of Moss Bros employees for going the extra mile in supporting us in our time of need. Toyota listened to Moss Bros management team and replaced our seat. The company that Moss Bros used to replace our seat did an excellent job. Again, we appreciate the TDR for listening to Moss Bros management and extending to us this wonderful customer jester of goodwill. We are the original and proud owners of a 1997 Toyota Camry which has over 276,000 miles. The body, interior, and motor are still in great working and running condition. We hope to get another 200,000 miles out of it. This speaks volumes to the great craftsmanship and quality that Toyota put into their vehicles. Moss Bros is our dealership NOW and in the future. I can testify that they will sell you a great car, at a Great Price, provide outstanding maintenance that will keep your vehicle running great for many, many, years and work wonders with the manufacturer when needed. Just a point of interest - our daughter just purchased a 2012 Honda Accord that she is extremely happy with. She got it at Moss Bros at a price well within her budget and at very, very low interest rate. More

Came in told them exactly what we wanted, they had in stock test drove and fell in love (2012 Camry SE). Got pretty much what I was looking for my trade in and got what I wanted in price for the new. I called the "FLEET MANAGER" Shawdell and told her I wanted a new Tundra today! I had just crashed mine so I knew exactly what I wanted. Shawdell told me that she just happened to have the exact Tundra; Metallic Grey, SR5, Bucket Seats, Backup Camera, Alloy Wheels, JBL Sound, and Grey Interior. Shawdell gave me the sticker price, which seemed low compared to what I had seen. I asked again to verify that the truck was loaded and she assured me it was. Upon arriving I see the truck and to my amazement it had nothing listed above except for grey interior. I expect way more from a fleet manager. I would not recommend this fleet sales manager to anyone. More
Today, I went to pick up my Toyota at Moss. Well, they declined it, and when I picked up my car, I told them of my upcoming road trip. If the same problem happens, I will be having it filmed by other riders in the car, and then I will post it on YouTube. ESAD! So I left Toyota and went over to Dodge...still Moss. I test drove the 2012 Challenger. Nice! xxxx will freeze over before I buy a car from them. We went out to look at my possible trade-in Toyota, and that’s when I noticed something wrong. Moss Toyota had taken my Toyota of San Bernardino license plate frames and replaced them with Moss. I was irritated because I left Moss after they lied to me, and I went to Toy of SB to buy my car through a Costco program. Tracy was more PO’d about it than me. She called the service writer and ripped them a new one...to the extent that we want ad $$$ from them. Well the service writer called me back to say that it was policy handed down from Glen that all plate frames (unless personalized) are to be replaced. That’s pretty ballsy to remove something from my car and replace it...particularly since I left them to buy a car elsewhere. They sent a guy out...I have video for YouTube of him putting back my license plate frames to combine with problems that we will film later. More
