All the staff members are extremely friendly/knowledgeable; I was impressed at the deluxe treatment I received knowing that it was genuine and from the heart. I am pretty picky and have a great deal of expectations as a customer, Moss Bros surpassed anything I could hope for! Every detail I wanted with purchasing my new Honda Accord, I received; they paid close attention to all my needs and bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. I loved working with Mehdy Azad, he is a true diamond in the ruff! He took special care of me through the whole process and I am pleased with his dedication to making sure I received the best customer service. Tommy was also a fantastic salesman, treating me like loyalty and making sure I was taken care of! I was also impressed after my purchase how the staff continually affirmed that they are always willing to help me with anything further once I left with my new car; they also said my 1st oil change was on the house and I could come by for a free car wash if I was in the area!
