Service Appointment The service line was quickly checked in and I was shown to the waiting area, as I did not need the shuttle. He wanted to turn my service away and was not going to fix the problem... He's rude and he's definitely should not be leading a team of employees with that attitude and customer service .... He's definitely not leadership material... Very unpleasant visit for being the first time I service my new vehicle with the issues it had. I feel unsafe in the vehicle and I would never buy another Chevy from this dealership again just because of the way I was treated by the service leadership team.... There's more to the story to why I was treated that way but I would rather leave those comments to myself and I will escalate this to higher authority. More
