Dealt Unfairly I visited Moss Bros Chevrolet on July 4 because of a newspaper ad for a Chevy Colorado (of course there was "only one" at this price). When we arrived I visited Moss Bros Chevrolet on July 4 because of a newspaper ad for a Chevy Colorado (of course there was "only one" at this price). When we arrived, we were told that they didn't have that exact green truck and pointed to a white Colorado saying that it was exactly the same as the one advertised. They checked the VIN to make sure. Another salesman came by and agreed that indeed it was the same. We took a quick test drive and I decided that it was the truck for me. Being that it was the 4th of July, we had a party to go to and asked if they could hold the car for us. They were very agreeable and told us that they would hold it for 24 hours. I told them I would come back first thing in the morning, which I did. When I got there the next day, they told me that they sold the truck. Interesting that someone bought it between 2pm and 8am. I said they promised to hold it for 24 hours and they just replied that it was sold. They denied saying that the white truck was the same one as the advertised truck and the best they could do is sell one to me for $3,000 more. Classic bait and switch which is fraud! DO NOT do business with these people, they are liars! More

We drove almost 200 miles round trip to do business with Moss Bros. because of the positive experience we had with Chris Fisher on the phone. Bill Mills, Joanie Sanchez, and the entire team we dealt with left us with a more than we expected satisfied purchase. We will recommend Moss Bros. Chevrolet to our friends and business associates. I negotiated upfront what I wanted, what down-payment I would provide, the car payment I wanted before having my credit run again. We agreed in principal and they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Other dealerships could learn something from the team at Moss. More
