Phil went out of his way to take care of my transmission issue that I had purchased an extended warranty for. The company was only going to cover a 1 year reconditioned transmission. Phil sensed my disappoi issue that I had purchased an extended warranty for. The company was only going to cover a 1 year reconditioned transmission. Phil sensed my disappointment and called me the next day with the good news that I would get a 3 year warranted, 100,000 mile transmission. They also provided a rental car. The technition, Dave Schneider came in on Saturday to take care of my vehicle so I could get it back in a timely fashion. More

I needed to get out of my Envoy and into something cheaper. I statred at another dealership, where I was constantly asked to put more money down, which I didn't have. I went into GL Ford very upset & cheaper. I statred at another dealership, where I was constantly asked to put more money down, which I didn't have. I went into GL Ford very upset & just wanting a cheaper car. Karl calmed me right down, and the next thing I knew I was test driving a Lexus! I was able to get into that Lexus saving me 135 a month on my car payment, and so far twice the amount in gas! Thank you so much again, I will definately tell everyone how kind Karl was. More
