Had car for a week and totally took apart transmission and put back together and had to do it again. Very professional. Phil went out of his way to take care of my transmission issue that I had purchased an extended warranty for. The company was only going to cover a 1 year reconditioned transmission. Phil sensed my disappoi issue that I had purchased an extended warranty for. The company was only going to cover a 1 year reconditioned transmission. Phil sensed my disappointment and called me the next day with the good news that I would get a 3 year warranted, 100,000 mile transmission. They also provided a rental car. The technition, Dave Schneider came in on Saturday to take care of my vehicle so I could get it back in a timely fashion. More

I needed to get out of my Envoy and into something cheaper. I statred at another dealership, where I was constantly asked to put more money down, which I didn't have. I went into GL Ford very upset & cheaper. I statred at another dealership, where I was constantly asked to put more money down, which I didn't have. I went into GL Ford very upset & just wanting a cheaper car. Karl calmed me right down, and the next thing I knew I was test driving a Lexus! I was able to get into that Lexus saving me 135 a month on my car payment, and so far twice the amount in gas! Thank you so much again, I will definately tell everyone how kind Karl was. More
