Great service!! I told them I had to be at work by 9 am and they made sure to rush the oil change without dimishing the quality of sevice given. I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from Ben Croze and have to share that not only is the Dealership Steller, Ben Croze is a steller salesman and Judy (Finance Manager) went above and beyond to secure and have to share that not only is the Dealership Steller, Ben Croze is a steller salesman and Judy (Finance Manager) went above and beyond to secure the best financing! I have purchased Ford Vehicles for over 28 years from the Ann Arbor & Chelsea area and have never had such a positive experience as I had at Grand Ledge Ford. I had shared my interests, finances, and timeline and not only was heard, the level of detail that Ben and Judy provided throughout this experience were stellar - he always remembered exactly what I wanted and was honest about the reality of my expectations, worked with my timeline and in order for me to meet my goals he made recommendations in order to meet them. In my experience prior to Grand Ledge Ford and Ben Croze, I had always had a 'surprise' whether it was in the final numbers at signing or down payment needed always historically had a unwelcomed surprise. Everything was clear to me, all expecations were explained, and absolutely no surprises. I recommend this Dealership and Ben Croze to all my family, friends and those reading - absolutely steller! The Quality of work was marked down because the complimentary carwash was not very good. They missed dirt on the back and the wheels. I expected a little more quality. Even though it was free. I did not ask for it it, I was told they would give me a complimentary carwash. I expect it to be a quality job just like the rest of the paid services. Other than that Great Service so far. I did stop to get my car rewashed at a different place after leaving the dealership. It's a small thing but those are what keep me as a customer coming back. If you skimp an the small stuff how much is skimp on the big stuff that is just not discovered yet? More
I have brought all of my vehicles to Grand Ledge Ford for service, including the Taurus that I use for work, and my personal Ford Mustang - which I recently traded in for a newer model Lincoln MKS! I will continue to bring my vehicles to GLF as they typically provide top notch service, and everyone that works there seems to have a great attitude. Engine Fail Safe Light came on several times within a few weeks. Brought car in. Able to get courtesy shuttle to work. Sometimes when dealing with car issues, I need a therapist, or at least a really understanding listening ear when dealing with service. Phil listened. I got a call late morning that I needed a throttle body replacement, air filer, fuel filter, transmission fluid flush/fill, and that my water pump was leaking. I didn't have the money for all the service needs and Phil's approach was to treat me like I was a relative and help me sort/prioritize and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. I felt I was listened to and well informed. I decided to get the throttle body replaced and the air filter. I then made another appointment to get the water pump replaced. Service worked with me on a deal so I could afford to get the water pump replaced, fuel filter changed, and transmission fluid flushed/filled. If I had to put out hundred of dollars for service, at least I was greeted with an understanding chashier in Julie and reminder that I received service award discounts with the dealership's advantage program. Every dollar helps! I even asked for a check on a replaced headlamp that the body shop had done several months ago and know they had someone look at it. I had courtesy rides to work and picked up afterwards and brought back to the dealership. I was offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water while I waited in a comfortable waiting room with plenty of reading options and a TV but I did not have to wait long for my ride. GREAT JOB! More
