Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford responded

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication between Chad, the service manager, and this customer. He was trying to explain that the seal can look different every time you open and close the door, and even went to check several cars to make sure that was also how they appeared. Just because a door seal does not look perfect does not mean it is not functioning properly. Unfortunately we were not able to come to a satisfactory resolution with this customer.
