Thanks so much for your feedback and I'm sorry you caught us on a bad carwash day. Our carwash bay gets very busy and sometimes we try to cut corners with the washes. This was a great reminder for our employees to just take the extra time to do it right! Next time you come in for service I'd like to detail your car inside as well as give it a proper wash.
