I bought my Ford F150 at Grand Ledge Ford in 2010 and it was an overall great experience. Of course, the proof of a good dealership is in the service offered after the sale. The Service department exceeds my expectations each time I visit, which is quite often since I put a lot of miles on my truck. The staff, specifically those mentioned above, are helpful, friendly and accommodating of me and my schedule. Items that I generally would not take the time to deal with such as reward points and rebates, they see to it that I receive those perks and what a nice bonus that is. In this day and age where service after the sale is a rarity, I can not tell you how refreshing this experience is and how it renews my hope that there are still some businesses/people in the world who put a value on honoring the committment of taking care of the customer. This is why I buy Fords, because I feel this company shares my values and this dealership does not disapoint. I took my Ford Explorer to Grand Ledge Ford for new rear-wheel bearings. My service attendant (Phil) was very courteous to work with and talked me through exactly what was wrong and why it needed to be rear-wheel bearings. He also encouraged me to talk with my warranty company about coverage when I told him they had said it was not covered. Whether it is covered or not in the end, his advice was extremely helpful and he was willing to do whatever he can to help. Also, the service technician (Tony Welscheid) brought my car back in great condition, and I am confident my car is now taken care of. Our cashier (Julie BeVien) was very friendly and personable. I not only have great experience with Grand Ledge Ford myself, but have heard others who rave about their great service. Top notch. Oh, and they immediately signed me up for their rewards without needing me to fill in a bunch of information, and told me of all the benefits I receive when I take my car to them for service. More

We purchased our vehicle from Grand Ledge Ford and have had all of our service at the dealership. We have always been treated with dignity and respect and the customer service is outsanding. We especially enjoy working with Phil Wright as he is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure that we are satisfied with our service and answers our questions so that we understand. I would highly recommend Grand Ledge Ford. The driver Chris Friar took us home and was very friendly, drove safely and was waiting at our door (as promised by Phil) at the appointed time for return to dealership to pick up our car. The service technicians Jon and Mike I feel certain have done a good job in checking the car thoroughly for safety as we mentioned to Phil that we are planning a trip soon. The cashier, Alex, was courteous and prompt - as a matter of fact, I left my gloves at the dealership and she had them waiting for me upon my return. I would prefer NOT to have to write a recommendation using a login, etc., and prefer the "paper" method. More
I haven't had my car in for service in quite a while, so I scheduled an appointment for service on Tuesday, February 7, and talked to Phil Wright. He said my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I took it in and we (Phil and I) discovered there was more that needed to be done. Phil went over everything with me and answered all my questions. Paramount to me is a safe car to drive, so the following was done: oil works, replaced exhaust system, installed 4 new tires with wheel alignment, and replaced ABS sensor light. Tony Montesanti did a great job working on my car. Phil found discounts for me and selected tires appropriate to my need. In paying my tab, Julie BeVier went over my account and found I had OA $ I could use. Richard Snyder had my car washed (wonderful). Everyone was super nice and personable. Even the shuttle driver who drove me home; sorry I didn't get his name. We had an enjoyable conversation on the way home. I picked up my car Wednesday morning and what a difference driving home. My car "felt" like a happy guy full of pep. More

We can't always predict when something mechanical happens to our vehicles, and that is what happened yesterday, but I feel like Philip will get it done in the best way. The people involved in the mechanical fix in addition to Philip were Mechanic Tony Montesanti, Richard Snyder (the shuttle driver who drove me all the way home to East Lansing and came back to pick me up) and Mara White.
