The staff, specifically those mentioned above, are helpful, friendly and accommodating of me and my schedule. Items that I generally would not take the time to deal with such as reward points and rebates, they see to it that I receive those perks and what a nice bonus that is. In this day and age where service after the sale is a rarity, I can not tell you how refreshing this experience is and how it renews my hope that there are still some businesses/people in the world who put a value on honoring the committment of taking care of the customer. This is why I buy Fords, because I feel this company shares my values and this dealership does not disapoint.
