Just a phone call got the ball rolling and once the insurance company paid up on the current loan, they went into overdrive and I had my car in 24 hours with more than favorable terms and options. Thank you Sid, Charlie and Judy - you made a difficult time for me easy to maneuver. I love my new car as much if not more than the 2011 model. I tell all my friends if they want a car there is no place else to go to buy one but Grand Ledge Ford! Friendly,kind,caring - and the service is great. More

I had a bad experience the first time I was here when I bought my car. to make it right I was offered a free car detailing. I was very happy with the offer. It was a fair response for what happened to me on my first visit. I do believe that it was a fluke. Although the thought was there the actual detailing was sub par. The seats were not cleaned but the car was vacuumed and whipped down. I am very happy with the effort put out from the customer service manager. I just don't recommend them for car detailing. -Satisfied customer. More

I went to another dealership...and they really didn't want to sell me a car. I wasn't walking around looking at cars 3 mins when Steve came out to help. The discounts on my car, the pick-up at work, and the help with all the new electronics were all above and beyond what I ever had elsewhere. More
On my first visit I spoke with Chris and he was very helpful and informative. He assisted me in narrowing down which car I wanted to buy and presented several options of vehicles that would fit my needs helpful and informative. He was very helpful in showing the vehicles we were interested in and very knowledgeable about the vehicles themselves. We test drove several vehicles and Steve was eager to take care of us. I'm very happy with the vehicle I selected and Steve made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go. I would certainly do business with this dealership again. More
I came here to buy a new car. I ended up getting a 2010 Milan and feel like I got a great deal. I was very happy with the product and the price. My salesman Ross was also very nice. They did not even bother to ask me what I wanted to do about my plate and just charged me for a new. By the time I was able to tell them I already had a plate it was to late. I felt this was lacking very much in customer service. 2. They pass you along to 3 different people to close a deal. First the salesman, then the manager to talk about price, then the business manager to fill out papers and such. This is where my complaint is. The woman, I can't remember her name is incredibly rude and I guess snobby is the best word. Her attitude almost made me walk out on the purchase and ruin it for my good salesman. She acted like I was nothing and her agenda was he most important thing in the world. She was very pushy about financing specifics when I told her I already had a bank lined up. The list could go on and on about her. I feel if you want to known for customer service then you need to have great service through the entire process. All in all I did buy my car and am happy with the product. More
