Instead of taking it back to the original dealership, I scheduled service with GL Ford. Jason B. called me promptly upon diagnosis of the problem and also identified another item in need of repair. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his explanation of the issues and plan for repair (luckily under warranty). He provided a general window for completion and had the vehicle ready on time. My initial experience with GL Ford has been outstanding.
