Great buying experience. Dorene the sales consultant was fantastic, answered all our questions and we had lots of them. She was very knowledgeable on the new Escape and the Sync technology. I had a wonderful experience here! I was able to look at their inventory online and decide what I was interested in before even visiting the dealership itself. I scheduled a test drive online the night befo their inventory online and decide what I was interested in before even visiting the dealership itself. I scheduled a test drive online the night before and called a half hour before the designated time to verify, and they had the car pulled up to the front waiting for me when I got there. The price on this particular used vehicle was listed slightly BELOW its blue book value which shocked me as it had no accidents and appeared to be in impeccable shape with only routine maintenence listed on its service records. AND IT HAD NEW TIRES! I also was given a $2,000 minimum trade in (their special this month) for my old vehicle (barely valued at $500). I couldn't have asked for a better deal and the customer service was honest and friendly. The paperwork was quick and painless and they worked directly with my bank for financing so I didn't have to make any extra tops or phone calls to them. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. I couldnt be more thrilled and would recommend this dealership and Ben Croze to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. More

While looking for a vehicle, I was having a difficult time finding one I liked at a dealership I could trust. I wasn't entirely sold on the vehicle at first, but after he talked me through the features and we discussed the safety ratings, I was sold. The day I went to sign the papers I wasn't sure what to expect. The whole team at Grand Ledge Ford and Lincoln were incredibly friendly, especially at the end of a work day, and made the process quick and painless. They had the vehicle ready to be driven, and all paperwork set to go, as well. Laura talked me through all the financial aspects of my vehicle and was fully ready for all questions I had, and gave me great things to think about with costs and warranties. After signing the papers, Mike Lane walked me through the manual of my vehicle, and gave me a ton of helpful information and sincerely expressed to get ahold of him if ever a question arose. He then showed me how to work all buttons, and aspects of my vehicle so that I was fully aware of how everything worked. The team at Grand Ledge Ford did a great job and made the whole process very easy. They did all the leg work, so that I could focus on being happy with my purchase. I feel my money was well spent, I love my vehicle, and enjoyed the phone calls and emails congratulating me on my vehicle, and to express the team is still willing to help for the life of my vehicle.
