I was personally looking on the Internet at different dealerships for a small more fuel effiicient car, while doing so I ran across Grand Ledge Ford Lincolns web site. I came across this very nice looking Buick suv. so while looking at the web site Jill Boregeson asked if she could help me with any questions I had. Jill was very helpful on the web site. I told her My wife and I were going to their place shortly to look at their Buick they had taken in on another veichle. We were a little apprehensive but, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist Tiffany who made us feel a little more at ease. About 10 seconds later she introduced us to Charlie Jeffrey one of the General managers who introduced himself and introduced us to Ben Croze oure salesman who answered all our of questions very professionally, was never pushy or made us feel awkward. My Wife and I decided to trade in our veichle for one they had advertised. Ben introduced us to laura Jordan who took us thru the Paper work details. Again, laura did her Job well and made us feel good about the closing of the deal. I drove into the dealership with no intensions of buying a vehicle that day but only wanted to look at different makes of vehicles. He probably spent well over an hour possibly 2 hours of his time answering our questions and comparing this vehicle to others. He had answers about vehicles that I would consider to be your competitors and Ben never once degraded the other makes or models. He displayed a high level of perfessionalism, not to mention his knowledge of this vehicle was right on the target. More

Great buying experience. Dorene the sales consultant was fantastic, answered all our questions and we had lots of them. She was very knowledgeable on the new Escape and the Sync technology. Traded in a Chevy and got a great deal on a new 2013 Escape. Judy the business manager was very through in processing the deal and making sure all the numbers where correct. The most complicated part of the entire deal was my having to cancel On-Star and switching to Sirius from XM. Thanks Grand Ledge Ford for making car buying fun again. More
Jim Himebaugh was great! He helped us with our every need both on the phone and at the dealership! He gave us the feeling that he really cared that we got exactly the vehicle we wanted. He also stayed after hours to answer all of our questions about the vehicles and helped us with programing all the vehicles features! I had a wonderful experience here! I was able to look at their inventory online and decide what I was interested in before even visiting the dealership itself. I scheduled a test drive online the night befo their inventory online and decide what I was interested in before even visiting the dealership itself. I scheduled a test drive online the night before and called a half hour before the designated time to verify, and they had the car pulled up to the front waiting for me when I got there. The price on this particular used vehicle was listed slightly BELOW its blue book value which shocked me as it had no accidents and appeared to be in impeccable shape with only routine maintenence listed on its service records. AND IT HAD NEW TIRES! I also was given a $2,000 minimum trade in (their special this month) for my old vehicle (barely valued at $500). I couldn't have asked for a better deal and the customer service was honest and friendly. The paperwork was quick and painless and they worked directly with my bank for financing so I didn't have to make any extra tops or phone calls to them. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. I couldnt be more thrilled and would recommend this dealership and Ben Croze to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. More
