We were very pleasantly surprised with this dealership. They brought the truck to our house for the test drive and to see if it would fit on our garage. We never felt pressured on anything. We dealing with the loan person there was no pressure to get any of the extra stuff, like the extended warranty. Never pushed to put more money down. I was personally looking on the Internet at different dealerships for a small more fuel effiicient car, while doing so I ran across Grand Ledge Ford Lincolns web site. About 10 seconds later she introduced us to Charlie Jeffrey one of the General managers who introduced himself and introduced us to Ben Croze oure salesman who answered all our of questions very professionally, was never pushy or made us feel awkward.
