Let me start by saying this was my first new car that I have ever purchased. The primary reason that I purchased the car from this dealership is because the sales consultant that I dealt with the majority have ever purchased. The primary reason that I purchased the car from this dealership is because the sales consultant that I dealt with the majority of the time Dorene Fuller was able to answer all my questions in a timely and accurate manner. Furthermore, with her I never felt rushed or pressed to make a decision. Some of the mangers, etc at times felt over agressive to make the sale. All finance options were explained very well to me, and I left the dealership feeling confident in my vehicle purchase, and also have great anticipation for their service department, as I'm going to be visiting more for future service required on the vehicle. More

I LOVE Grand Ledge Ford! Class Act! From Charlotte, we have been pretty loyal customers to "another" dealership.But when my vehicle was totalled in an accident last December.......GLF came through with my have been pretty loyal customers to "another" dealership.But when my vehicle was totalled in an accident last December.......GLF came through with my perfect replacement vehicle. I LOVED my old Cavalier! And when I was in a position to find a new vehicle.......I called our local dealership(whom we had purchased many of our vehicles from in the last 20 years)....and told them specifically what cars I wanted to drive(I had researched their internet inventory). Although they assured me that these vehicles would be ready for me to test drive, when I arrived, one vehicle had a flat tire, and the other had the emergency brake "stuck"...maybe frozen in place. I could not even drive the two vehicles that I wanted to test drive. When I came home that night, I saw a commercial on TV....for a Cobalt.....which I had researched.....the "new" Cavalier(well now there is the Cruz)....but it seemed to be EXACTLY what I was looking for, AND for the amount I wanted to spend. I e-mailed, I called......and when I went to test drive that vehicle the next day? Well...... GLF had it all pulled up and ready for me! I WAS IMPRESSED! Rob Beckwith was my sales rep. No BS, just good honest business! I have been so very impressed and pleased with the sale and service of my vehicle. Once again....you guys are a CLASS ACT!! Keep up the good work and I will spread the word....... for sure! More
I came to the dealership looking for a better gas mileage car and was immediately politely greeted by sales consultant Jim Himebaugh. I then drove away in my newly purchased "used" 2008 Cobalt and was very satisfied. A few days later Jim Himebaugh called to check on how the car was doing, which I thought was very nice of a dealership's employees to check up on a customers purchase. I then told him I noticed one of the speakers in the car would go in and out and the same with the noise associated with the blinker. He then told me to bring it in to have it looked at, at my convenience. When I arrived they took it to service to be looked at and with in four hours Nathan Willams called and said they fixed the defective equipment. I was very pleased with the friendliness, accurateness, and speedy work of the employees at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln. That is why I give them the highest review and would recommend them to anyone. More

I chose Grand Ledge Ford-Lincoln for two reasons: A new Ford was purchased for our household six months ago. The second reason is that I wanted to buy from sales associate Natalie D'Alfonso. This is the fourth new vehicle I have purchased from Natalie over the past 13 years. I have complete trust and confidence in Natalie, and will readily recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Ford or Lincoln product. More
I worked with Natalie who was very nice and I really appreciated that she wasn't high pressure or calling repeatedly after my initial visit to the dealership and test drive. As I have experienced with most dealerships, the sales manager always has to inject themselves unnecessarily but that's not a big deal. I didn't find the front desk people very warm and inviting. When I had to wait for someone to become available they oddly didn't immediately direct me to the customer lounge. I had to ask. But, overall the experience at Grand Ledge Ford was very positive. When we had gone into this dealership our old car had just died and it was just after we poured a ton of money into it. When my husband and I figured out what car we were interested in, we walked up to the dealership building and Jim Himebaugh came out to help us. Jim listened to what we wanted/ needed in a car and he helped us find the perfect car. After we have found a Ford Focus that we loved, Jim took us inside and he was still very friendly even to my brother who was asking a ton of questions about the car and our two year old who liked to yell a lot. Jim worked really hard to help make sure we got the best deal we could get with what money do have after spending a ton on the old car. There was never a moment we felt pressured to buy any car from Jim Himebaugh but at the same time he was willing to put the effort into making our trip to Grand Ledge Ford the best we have ever had at ANY dealership EVER. Bottom line, go visit Grand Ledge Ford and Jim Himebaugh if you want to get an amazing car with amazing service. More
