The staff at Grand Ledge Ford was helpful from my first visit to the dealership. They were helpful but did not pressure me into trying to buy something I was not interested in. All the staff at Grand Ledge Ford were all polite, did there best to give us the best deal on a brand new 2014 Ford Taurus. Jim Himebaugh was low key, no pressure, informative and knowledgeable. He presented all of my options and allowed me to make my own decisions. He was not trying to sell me something. He tried to help me understand the value in what I was thinking about buying. I recommend Jim and Grand Ledge Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car in the greater Lansing area. Very good experience with purchase of a 2005 Ford F150. Vehicle was delivered as close to perfect as can be with 51000 miles. Dealership is very nice and if you want a Ford or Lincoln it maybe one of the best places to purchase. I will see them in the future to get a Flex. More
On July 18, 2013 we had a flat tire on our Ford Escape, On July 18, 2013 we had a flat tire on our Ford Escape, which had the original tires with over 51,000 miles and little tread left. So, I put the 50 mile spare tire on and we called Grand Ledge Ford. Julie BeVier answered our call and was friendly and helpful (as usual) and looked us up on the Service Department computer to see what type of car and tires we already had. She also asked us what we were looking for in new tires and explained what was available. We explained we wanted our tires to be "Made in the USA" and to be all weather tires for typical Michigan winters (snow, ice, and rain). She gave us a price and recommended an alignment, since we were having all four tires replaced, and said the work could be done the next day. We dropped the vehicle off that night, so it could be worked on the next day and we talked with both Julie BeVier and Joe Farnsworth, who were again very helpful. On July 19, 2013 we picked up the vehicle and both Julie and Joe explained the work that was done and we checlked it over. The spare tire had been placed back in storage under the vehicle and the car and new tires looked great. Julie had the car washed while we paid the cashier. Even the cashier, who was brand new was efficient and nice. This is the same type of great service we have come to know in our 12 years of buying our vehicles and having them serviced at Grand Ledge Ford. Julie and Joe were pleasant, upbeat, positive, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great job Grand Ledge Ford--AGAIN!! More
