The dealership showroom was very appealing. The friendliness of the people who worked there was very apparent. Our salesman in particular worked very hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at the pr friendliness of the people who worked there was very apparent. After we made our purchase, he was very involved in going over the features of the truck and the SYNC system. We could have read the manual but he gave us the basics which was useful in getting started in our new truck. I can say that we have not had a more helpful salesperson in the past, this was by far the best experience in having someone interested in you using the features of your vehicle and not just pushing you out the door as soon as the papers were signed.
