Employees are friendly, go out of their way to make you feel like they WANT your business. Employees are smiling, happy, clearly enjoying their work and workplace. They take extra time to make sure customers understand how to use the high tech features of the vehicle, what is and is not covered by warrantees, and fully explain all customer options. Everyone at Grand Ledge Ford was friendly, courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure my experience was pleasant. After visiting a few other dealerships in the Lansing area, I'm glad we came to Grand Ledge Ford. Other dealerships were WAY too pushy and didn't listen to our needs. I had a great experience at Grand Ledge Ford buying my used Fusion. I always go there for service because I like to get my car in and out and know that it's fixed right the first time. Their shuttle service is very helpful, so I don't have to spend all day in a waiting room. My old Taurus was getting up there in miles. When I took it in for brake service, Joe Farnsworth called me back promptly with a quote, but I decided I'd best put the money into a newer, fully functioning vehicle. I feel like I got a fair amount on my trade-in (thank you, Mike!) for what it was, and Natalie in Sales was very easy to work with. She and Laura were nice enough to hang around after hours on a Friday while we were number crunching. I would recommend Natalie communicate the car's features more for non-car savvy people like me. I didn't even realize the Fusion I went with had a camera to assist with backing up until I got it home. Not sure how I didn't end up putting it in reverse sometime during the test drive, but I didn't. Also, I thought it was unusual was that the car only had a half a tank in it when I picked it up. Generally, it's a gesture of goodwill to fill it up as a "happy travels" kind of message. Nonetheless, I really enjoy working with this dealership, and we'll be back in June when my husband's lease is up. Thank you, Erin McLaughlin More
