I was looking for a car with some bells and whistles. I had driven my current car for 11 years and was ready for something I could really be proud of. He was helpful in showing me how to use all my new "bells and whistles" and set up a second appointment to further school me on all the special features on my new Escape. I had been searching autotrader, craigslist, and Ford's website for a used F150 FX4 for about a month before I found the posting from Grand Ledge Ford online. When I found the listing the truck must have just been traded in because there were no pictures up on it yet. And while normally I wouldn't have emailed on a truck without pictures, the price it was listed at and the Certified Pre Owned status was too tempting to resist. After emailing my initial inquiries on the truck through autotrader, Carly Manalac quickly responded and did a fantastic job in answering the plethora of questions I had before coming in to the see the truck. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ron McInnis. Very polite and very easy to work with. He was not pushy unlike the stereotypical salesman. I stated that I wasn't going to purchase the same day as coming out to test drive it and he didn't push the sale which made the process much less stressful. Getting in contact with him over the next few days while arriving on a deal was very easy and he was always very prompt to return phone calls if for whatever reason he wasn't at his desk. On the day of delivery, everyone was very helpful in explaining the terms of my warranty and also explaining how the Ford financing program works. Joel explained every number to me and answered any questions that I had with full confidence. If I lived closer I would be bringing my car in to be serviced at G.L.F. but unfortunately it is over an hour and a half away and that is not realistic for me. Though when I will be buying a new vehicle or a family member, I could recommend GLF and know that they will be treated correctly. More

This was my first experience with Grand Ledge Ford. I was greeted by very friendly staff and entire encounter remained very enjoyable. Ron McInnis is exceptional in his approach to customers. I found Ron to be very down to earth and honest in everything he shared with us. We did find a repair needing to be done after taking possession of our 2012 Explorer. We felt the keyless entry pad on the driver door was dysfunctional at the time of purchase, however did not discover until 3 days after ownership. When I brought this to Ron and explained our feelings, he (without question) took care of this for us and the $106 we were told this would cost us was erased and will be repaired at no cost to us. This gives new meaning to "customer service"!! Great job Ron, the auto world needs more folks like you!! More
Realized after I had bought the vehicle and left the dealership that there was a small chip in the windshield, when I came back to the dealership Ron was able to get it fixed with no cost to me. Natalie, was very understanding when my dad purchased his 2012 Ford F-150 4x4. I have kept in contact with Natalie, after dad passed away. I trades his vehicle in for a 2013 Ford Escape. Went in after several phone conversations over a two week period while waiting for my insurance company to make a decision on totaling or repairing my car. Once the decision was made I met with Rob and he took me out for a drive in the car I had been looking at. Rob sat down with me gathered the information he needed and went to work. After a short time Rob let me know that I got the car I wanted. Rob even came to pick me up at the rental car place once I returned the rental I was driving. Rob took the time to program the SYNC feature with my phone, he also programmed my keyless entry with the code of my choice. I set out to purchase a vehicle today and thanks to Rob Beckwith and the Grand Ledge Ford team I went home with my new car! Thank you very much! Janet M, Lansing, MI More
