We have been wit GL Ford since we bought our car new in 2014. They have always serviced our vehicle and always had great service. We just recently took the car in for a CEL light on, oil change and last ti 2014. They have always serviced our vehicle and always had great service. We just recently took the car in for a CEL light on, oil change and last time it was in we were told the right rear brake caliper was sticking and should be replace so, I figured I would have them fix it while it's there. The CEL light was simple, frozen purge valve due to cold weather. They did an oil change but while inspecting the wiper blades apparently broke one. During the phone call I was told they needed replace because they were old and starting to get cracks( I just replaced my wiper blades 2 months ago and they were still in great working order so didn't need replacing). I was also told there was nothing wrong with the brakes, infact it looks like the right rear was already recently replaced { I replaced the left rear 6 months ago, not the right rear}. We have video of them using my perfectly fine wipers when they pulled it into the garage and when I pick the car up {1:30 am in the rain) the passenger wiper is just laying in the windshield cowl. It looks like they tried to zip tie it on but it didn't hold. We also have video of a guy sitting on the hood of our car while it was in the shop, that's a great way to scratch or dent a hood that was just replaced at their body shop less than a year ago. Which makes me wonder if the scratch I got on my truck in their shop was from someone leaning against it. Take what you want from this review, but I won't be back and certainly won't be referring anyone to them for service. More

We recently had a complete engine replacement on our 2018 Ford Edge (under warranty). Working with Kory Hoskins in Service, a new engine and other needed parts was obtained and installed in one week. I have been a customer of GLF for 10 years and have always been satisfied and here's a great example why. Recently I needed some bodywork done to the front end of my Wife's Explorer (deer hit). When I picked up the car I did notice a few things that weren't 100% right but life's not always perfect. When I talked with Ladd and Tim the Service Manager they both agreed and immediately took the car back into the shop without hesitation...I did not even has to ask! When I came back a few days later the car was flawless (thank you guys). We all encounter problems from time to time but its how you decide to handle them that really matters.
