He called over a sales person, Ron McInnis to work with us. The sales person was called to us, rather than us being sent somewhere to him. We had done an internet search of the dealership inventory and had a car in mind. Ron knew the car we were interested in before we sat down at his desk. The kicker was we had a car that had broken down on the side of the road a day before. The dealership gave us a generous trade for this car, even though it was still on the side of the road. There was never any sales pressure nor was a more expensive car suggested. We are planning on moving out of state in the near future but the service was so great that when the time comes for us to purchase that awesome mustang, we will make the trip back to Grand Ledge Ford for the purchase and drive it back.
