Most important was my experience with Ron McInnis. He spent hours helping me with my choice. Never did I feel rushed or pressured into buying.He took care of everything including my tradein,certification and all the numerous details . I also was very pleased with Joel Conn who handled the paper work, he was informative and made the transfer easy. An experience that I was dreading, turned out to be a fun afternoon spent with Ron and Joel. The total experience was outstanding. Great dealership and great people. It was a great feeling to ring the gong and then get into my car and drive away knowing that my experience was so pleasant ,and I am so pleased with the car. More

After several weeks of shooting down some great car possibilities, Mr. McInnis came through with the car of my dreams - a white platinum 2012 MKS. The customer service from Mr. McInnis was exceptional because he made it a point to touch base with me every week in regards to his search for the right vehicle and the status of my vehicle search. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle. If I did not like a vehicle Mr. McInnis moved on in his search and did not get offended. Last Wednesday, Mr.McInnis sent me a photo of the vehicle which I knew was a perfect fit. After test driving the vehicle, I was a little weary that the light interior couldn't be cleaned because it was a used vehicle. Mr. McInnis assured me that everything was going to be perfect and a week later I drove away a super-happy woman; the vehicle looked brand new! The price of the vehicle was fair and I also received a great deal on my trade-in and financing options (special thanks to finance queen Laura Jordan). My overall experience was great, even the dealership management greeted me and my family the first day I entered the dealership and before I drove off in my new ride. Thanks GLF More

We were looking at the later model Escapes and Edges. I found an Escape that sounded nice on the internet at Grand Ledge Ford. My wife was busy on Saturday so I decided to take a ride and see if it was som found an Escape that sounded nice on the internet at Grand Ledge Ford. My wife was busy on Saturday so I decided to take a ride and see if it was something of interest. When I got there I met Ron and in talking they had just gotten in an Edge. Now it was time to take a ride from Grand Rapids with my wife on Monday. We test drove both and set them side by side to do a comparison, after a test drive we decided on the Edge. Ron was easy to talk to and was interested in what we were looking for and made sure we were happy. No pressure no money talk, until the deal was being made.
