I was pretty depressed because I hate being without my wheels, and I didn't want to look for a new car. When I entered the showroom, the folks behind the counter greeted me instantly and were super nice. I met with Mike Carr and Rob Beckwith, and we reviewed what my needs and wants were. The first car Rob showed me (a 2013 Escape) was exactly what I wanted and needed for my family car. He showed me a few others, but this was the car! It's like he could read my mind. The test drive and closing process were smooth and efficient. I can't believe that I dreaded the experience. It turned out to be a great day. Your staff, showroom, and facilities are second to none. I initially contacted Nick Vollman via email with a simple question about the type of Flex I wanted. We exchanged a couple emails, a couple phone calls, and within a few days, I went in and inspected the vehicle he found for me and we completed the purchase. I'm busy and I appreciate being able to communicate via email. The entire process was seamless. I appreciate the conveniences. More
Late Night Sale I arrived at GL Ford late at around 7 p.m. I had received help over the phone from Mr. McInnis prior to arriving. He cross-referenced the car I was interested in and had seen online, and when I arrived he greeted me by name and had the keys already. We test-drove within 20 minutes after looking at the car in the lot. It was a really busy night with a line formed at financing. Ron took advantage of the entire time and we were able to complete peripheral tasks that usually happen after purchase, enabling me to drive away as soon as the purchase portion was complete. The staff remained after hours to complete the sale, keeping me from having to go back. The SofS website was down, and they offered to mail the related documents so I could leave that night. What few options the vehicle didn't have, Natalie had installed prior to my receiving the car. Great lady, very professional, and works hard for you. Purchase Experience My wife and I had never been to Grand Ledge Ford before, but had seen an ad for a 2014 Ford Expedition on their website, so we decided to stop in to v My wife and I had never been to Grand Ledge Ford before, but had seen an ad for a 2014 Ford Expedition on their website, so we decided to stop in to view the vehicle. The Sales General Manager, Chris Holland, immediately introduced us to Sales Consultant Rob Beckwith. From that point on, we were in "great hands." Rob made us feel comfortable, took the time to listen to what we were interested in, and then took us to the vehicle for a short drive. After we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle, negotiations, financing options, delivery timing, and final agreement all went very smoothly. Our discussions with Rob were informative, respectful, and highly professional. Our questions were all answered with understandable explanations, especially since my wife and I do not buy a new vehicle often. Rob, from initial introduction, to final handshake as we drove away in the new Expedition, did an excellent and professional job. He did not "sell" us a vehicle, he merely made it possible for us to make an informed, and happy, choice to buy the vehicle. I do not like to buy a new vehicle, but the entire staff at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln, including Chris and Laura, made the experience enjoyable and pleasant. The first person I talked to was Ron McInnis, sales consultant, he was professional, friendly, helpful and took as much time as I needed to go over the type of vehicle I was looking for. Joel Conn, was excellent at explaining the purchasing process and answering any questions I had. Chris Holland, General Sales Manager, was very helpful in working the numbers for me. Rob Lukavsky, made me feel very comfortable about bringing my car in for maintenance/service. The entire place was very organized, friendly and pleasant. The dealership was the cleanest car dealership I've ever stepped into. I drove out with my new car the same day I made my first visit. I would highly recommend Ron McInnis as your next sales consultant at Grand Ledge Ford! More

Not only were Ron (and the staff) friendly, informative and kn We recently purchased a Ford Expedition from Ron McGinnis at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln. Not only were Ron (and the staff) friendly, informative and knowledgable, they were truly interested in finding my family the right car for our needs. With Ron's help, I found a low mileage, pre owned car that I loved, however the seats were cloth and with a family of 4 children - cloth does not work! After searching the database for an identical car, Ron came up with a solution that allowed me to have my dream car with leather seats and at a cost still below our budgeted price. With the seats re upholstered to a leather color of our choice (Ron's input on selecting the color was key), we could not be happier with the choice. I highly recommend Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln either for the purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle. And I am looking forward to a future relationship with GLF as far as maintenance and future referrals to friends. More
