The Sales General Manager, Chris Holland, immediately introduced us to Sales Consultant Rob Beckwith. From that point on, we were in "great hands." Rob made us feel comfortable, took the time to listen to what we were interested in, and then took us to the vehicle for a short drive. After we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle, negotiations, financing options, delivery timing, and final agreement all went very smoothly. Our discussions with Rob were informative, respectful, and highly professional. Our questions were all answered with understandable explanations, especially since my wife and I do not buy a new vehicle often. Rob, from initial introduction, to final handshake as we drove away in the new Expedition, did an excellent and professional job. He did not "sell" us a vehicle, he merely made it possible for us to make an informed, and happy, choice to buy the vehicle. I do not like to buy a new vehicle, but the entire staff at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln, including Chris and Laura, made the experience enjoyable and pleasant. Rob Lukavsky, made me feel very comfortable about bringing my car in for maintenance/service. The entire place was very organized, friendly and pleasant. The dealership was the cleanest car dealership I've ever stepped into. I drove out with my new car the same day I made my first visit. Not only were Ron (and the staff) friendly, informative and knowledgable, they were truly interested in finding my family the right car for our needs. With Ron's help, I found a low mileage, pre owned car that I loved, however the seats were cloth and with a family of 4 children - cloth does not work! After searching the database for an identical car, Ron came up with a solution that allowed me to have my dream car with leather seats and at a cost still below our budgeted price. With the seats re upholstered to a leather color of our choice (Ron's input on selecting the color was key), we could not be happier with the choice. I highly recommend Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln either for the purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle. And I am looking forward to a future relationship with GLF as far as maintenance and future referrals to friends. More

Going from a 2004 Focus to a 2014 Focus. I arrived at the Dealership about 4 on Saturday, and they were still open. Found a couple of that interested me, and Ron got the keys and opened the doors and trunks and the hoods for me so I could look all over at them. When I decided which one I liked, he got it refueled and washed before we took it for a test drive. Very patient and informative with all the questions I had, I went from a 2004 to a 2014, huge step in technology and features. Once I'd decided to go ahead with my purchase, he helped me through the process, and got me set up with Laura who worked out the financing. They were both very patient, helpful, friendly. I felt like the most important thing they had to do this weekend was help me purchase my new car, and that it be a car that I was happy and comfortable with. This was my first time purchasing/leasing a new vehicle and he was able to give me honest information and opinions, help me explore all inventory options between new and used and point out things that I should notice about each vehicle we looked at (especially things I didn't think of on my own!). Mike was also very considerate of my desired budget and was able to work with the Sales Manager Mike Carr to get me the best deal possible. When signing my lease, Joel Conn and Mike Carr were also very helpful in answering every question and even inquiring with Ford corporate to get final answers on the terms of the lease agreement.
