Positive Experience with Josh Preston - Start to Finish! I have not purchased a car in 8 1/2 years, so I took my time when shopping for a new one. Josh Preston helped us for several months, stayed in contact with us, but was not pushy whatsoever. He was very professional, informative, and provided excellent customer service, and treated us accordingly, not like we were just another sale on the books. Overall, I think both sides got a fair deal, and I'm happy with my new little 2013 Ford Focus (and the great gas mileage most of all!). We'll definitely contact Josh again in the future! More

Buying made easy.. I went to just look and get a price on a used Ford Escape. I had not planned on buying anything. The young man that approached me while I was looking I went to just look and get a price on a used Ford Escape. I had not planned on buying anything. The young man that approached me while I was looking invited me in to work some numbers. I was just gonna ask about pricing and then leave with some idea as to what I wanted and what I could afford. I was there for better then 4 hours. Now that may seem like allot of time but to be honest I had no idea how long it was. That's how good my experience was at this dealer. There wasn't any hard sales or pressure to buy and that was a surprise. Needless to say I drove out leaving my 2003 Ford Escape there and left with a beautiful 2012 Escape that was loaded. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all that did the paper work and finance approval. Look forward to seeing you for those regular oil changes. More
