When I came back with my husband to purchase the vehicle, once again, the salesperson (Rob Beckwith), sales manager and everyone else we encountered were great. Rob even programmed our phones to sync with the Bluetooth in the vehicle. After the purchase, I got an email and a phone call to make sure everything was okay. A Painless Way to Buy a Car! We bought our first car from Jim Himebaugh at GL Ford and he was so helpful and friendly. We had looked for several weeks and saw the Focus online. We bought our first car from Jim Himebaugh at GL Ford and he was so helpful and friendly. We had looked for several weeks and saw the Focus online. It was the perfect car for our daughter. After the purchase, he helped our daughter with the Sync feature on the 2010 Ford Focus. That car was totaled in an accident a few months later. We saw a 2011 Ford Fiesta online and called Jim and asked for a test drive. After driving it, we determined it was the car for us and bought it that night. It was quick and painless. I would recommend Jim and GL Ford to everyone. One of the headlights went out a day later and Jim and the service department fixed it with any question. More
