Wonderful Experience In the past year, we have purchased two new vehicles (2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid and 2014 Ford Edge) from Ben Croze at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln. He was able to offer a lot of advice and perspectives on different features, both because his family has owned/leased a variety of vehicles and because he obviously listens to customers' feedback regarding their own purchases. Ben also had excellent communication with us regarding the timeline for the vehicle to arrive and the information he would need from us in order to make the trade-in and sale process go smoothly. On the final sale date, he took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all of the features of the vehicle before we drove off the lot. We enjoyed working with Ben and would highly recommend both him and Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln! More

Rob was very professional and friendly in helping with our purchase. His reputation and integrity were instrumental in putting us at ease about buying a used car. He even stayed past his regular work hours. I don't like playing the game of haggling prices and Rob put me at ease with his presentation and offer.
