We could not have been happier with the experience My wife and I went to Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln after hearing a recommendation for it from a friend. We could not have been happier with the experience. We met with Mike Lane at the dealership and found him to be friendly, informative, and happy to spend as much time with us as we needed, answering every question we had and giving us very detailed information about each car we were looking at. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite and at no point did we feel like we were being guided into any particular option or that we had to play games to try and get the best deal. It seemed very apparent that the dealership's business strategy is focused on quality, customer service and solidifying repeat business through genuinely trying to give their customers the best possible deal they can. Between Mike helping us look at cars and Joel Conn who was taking care of the financing my wife and I came away feeling ecstatic with the car we chose, the price, and the overall experience. My dad came along that day and said afterward that he too would recommend the dealership to anyone. Some of Mike's last words were about how we should think of him as our car guy, not just now, but whenever we need anything car-related and true to his word we got a call a week later from him just making sure we were happy with how everything was going so far. I would highly recommend! More

I've had questions on occassion, and Mike has been all over it. Then today, my husband's Navigator needed to go in for service... Mike came out to the house, picked it up, and left me with a loaner for the day. He just dropped off the repaired vehicle... when he says he'll take care of the customer, he really means it. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Mike Lane. We won't be buying from anyone else. Oh, and by the way, Joel in finance is also very professional and service oriented. :) More

Take your car to Grand Ledge Ford; you won't regret it A few weeks back I brought my car in on a Saturday for a good overall preventative maintenance inspection. I had purchased a car from another dealers A few weeks back I brought my car in on a Saturday for a good overall preventative maintenance inspection. I had purchased a car from another dealership and didn't feel that the place I bought it from had been very thorough when looking over the car before they sold it. I was able to schedule an appointment to bring my car in on a Saturday and got right in that morning. After they looked over my car, Krista came into the waiting room and had a really organized chart that broke down the issues and the level of severity for each. Two of the issues I was able to have done with that day, the other two were more serious and would require me to come back during the week. Because the two items being taken care of that day were going to be a few hours, Krista offered me a loaner car which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I took her up on the offer in a second. After Saturday, I scheduled an appointment to come back a few weeks later on a Monday and mentioned that I had an extended warranty that I hoped would cover the more serious issues. Krista said she'd check in with the warranty company and let me know once they diagnosed the problems. In the meantime, I needed to get to work so she mentioned that I could take the shuttle. I am so glad that I did. Claude the shuttle driver was so punctual and organized. He got all of our information and dropped four of us customers off in a very timely manner. He was so kind and courteous making sure we were all happy with the level of service. When Krista called me later in the day to tell me the problem was going to require me to leave my car in the shop for 3 days, I panicked. That was a long time to be without a car. I feel bad now but I was a bit short with her and it wasn't her fault. She was so professional and patient and courteous and explained my options. On Wednesday she called me early on in the morning and said everything was going smoothly with the repairs and that it should be done at the end of the day. Claude had said that he could pick me up from work and take me to the dealership to pick up my car when it was ready so I called him after I spoke with Krista and he had already put me tentatively on his list for pick up and would be there whenever I needed him. He was there and even early. When I went to pick up my car, Krista was so gracious and kind to explain everything that had been done to my car and how that the warranty covered just about everything. I really appreciate her attention to detail when explaining things to me. Meanwhile, Rob asked me what my last name was and said he'd go pull my car around and wash it for me. I am one extremely satisfied customer. From start to finish, everything worked out and the level of customer service far exceeds any service center that I've ever gone to. I know that I can trust GLF and that when they repair my car it's going to be done right. Don't let the distance deter you from going to GLF, it's worth the drive! Thank you GLF!! More
