Brian and his service management team (Rob, Nate and Sky - the people I have dealt with) are the best. They are knowledgeable, dependable ,personable, effective and efficient in meeting the customer's needs. They communicate service needs clearly and effectively including options for handling certain issues.. They follow up on promises made. I've had both major and minor repair work done along with the general servicing needs on my cars. including tire purchases. In each instance the work was completed quickly and effectively, meeting or exceeding my expectations. Because of them and because of the quality of work of GLF mechanics and technicians, I've made GLF my "one stop" shop for ALL MY AUTO SERVICE NEEDS. More

The few times I had issues with my car the service center went out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. I knew when it was time to buy another car Grand Ledge Ford would be my go to dealership. Rob Beckwith worked with me to purchase a 2014 Taurus and he was terrific! He showed me several vehicles and during the entire time never pressured me into anything. Not being a techie I really appreciated his help and patience in explaining how all the electronic gizmos worked in my new vehicle. All the employees were extremely nice and friendly. I started out wanting a 2014 F150 4X4 I just want to let everyone know that Rob Beckwith bent over backwards to get me the truck I needed and wanted. I started out wanting a 2014 F150 4X4 with the king cab and a trailer towing package. The vehicle I wanted was beyond what I would have to pay monthly. Rob didn't stop there! He gathered info on 2014 F150's that would pull my trailer. He finally found one that would fit my NEEDS and managed a dealer trade with a dealer in Indiana. Rob did a magnificent job getting me into a vehicle that I'm proud to drive as well as one that will fir my needs. Roger More
