Very helpful and no pressure to buy or lease the vehicle, explained everything about the vehicle. The dealership was very nice and everyone there was pleasant and again helpful. I am very satisfied with the transaction and Rob's help and explanation of the Explorer before and after the transaction. I would recommend Grand Ledge Ford to any one looking to buy or lease a ford. They are very nice and knowledgeable, and they are quick to get things handled for the needed repair, including all of their help with a loaner vehicle (THANK YOU KRISTA!!!) I bought an Explorer there many years ago and when it was time for a new vehicle, I knew I wanted another Explorer and knew I was going right back to that same dealership. No shopping around for me...the service is amazing, everyone is kind and pleasant and accommodating, and the Service Department has been just awesome, and I will continue to go back even for my routine oil changes! For some reason the truck never got built and while we were on vacation, Rob spent his week locating a truck that would work for us. He made sure we had a truck waiting for us when we got home. He really went to work to make our experience great by allowing us to not worry during our trip and have a beautiful truck ready to go home with us when we got back. The finance manager Joel Conn was fast, efficient, and not pushy about all the extra finance products. We definitely recommend Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for an outstanding professional experience. More

The ride over did not feel 'smooth'. They took my car in right away, although they were very busy, and promised to call. I had a friend pick me up. Krista called at 3:00 to let me know my car was ready. They had found a 'splice' in the engine harness -- fixed it -- test drove it -- and it was ready for me. I am grateful for their prompt and friendly service. Marianne Cox (management) happened to walk through the service area while I was there. She greeted me warmly, as she does every time she sees me there for an oil change or any service to my car. More
