The tires on the vehicle are not a very common size, but he heard my concerns, took the time to research and locate several excellent options that would meet our use requirements, provided me with a competitive price, and scheduled the replacement/alignment quickly due to my concerns regarding the wear and overall safety condition of the original tires. He even had the vehicle washed before returning it. He is a strong asset to the service department, which is a significant factor in our choice of this dealership for all our automotive needs. Not only was Rob able to help my mother in law obtain a car that fits her needs. He worked with myself and my husband to find a car that was perfect for our family. He took the time to listen to what we wanted in a car and showed us several options. He was patient with us and understanding. The first time I came in to look at cars I brought my 2 year old with me, she became very active and did not want to sit still. Rob gave her things to do and talked to her to help her feel like she was part of the experience. My husband and myself returned 2 days later and Rob showed us a few more cars and by the next day we had the car that was right for us. The car is VERY fuel efficient and roomy. Since we purchased the car we have been contacted by Rob. The first call was just to make sure that everything was going well and was a day or two after we purchased the car. I bought an Explorer there many years ago and when it was time for a new vehicle, I knew I wanted another Explorer and knew I was going right back to that same dealership. For some reason the truck never got built and while we were on vacation, Rob spent his week locating a truck that would work for us. He made sure we had a truck waiting for us when we got home. He really went to work to make our experience great by allowing us to not worry during our trip and have a beautiful truck ready to go home with us when we got back. The finance manager Joel Conn was fast, efficient, and not pushy about all the extra finance products.
