Best decision! I was looking for a low-mileage used Edge, but didn't find one on the GLF website. So, I went to another local dealer, where I was seriously considering making a purchase of one of 2 possible vehicles. The carfax reports on both cars indicated that they had been in an accident. I thought it best to have them inspected before purchasing, so I called GLF to set up an appointment. Even though I was working with another dealer, the staff at GLF were extremely helpful. They told me to ask the other dealer for the "multi-point inspection" report. When I did, and they replied that they had "lost it," I knew I had made a BIG mistake! Needless to say, I worked with Ross Ford at GLF and we were able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Clean carfax report, no accidents, super low mileage - squeaky clean! Our experience would have been perfect if the monthly lease cost that we were quoted had actually been what they brought to us to sign. Almost walked away without the car. Thanks for meeting us more than halfway (and we are happy with the cost as well as the car), however, we expect a more accurate quote to start with the next time. It was almost a deal breaker. More
