Rob, our sales person, helped us with some of the more technical areas of our new Escape by programing our phones to the car and helped us with the radio. He has been our sales person for other cars that we have purchased at Grand Ledge Ford. We called him one time while we were driving because of a warning light that appeared on the dashboard. He told us that we must have accidently pushed a button. This was the case and we were able to turn the light off and proceed with our trip. He is just a wonderful sales Representative! More
