Fantastic and Smooth Process I went in with specific concerns regarding what I needed in a vehicle. Rob listened and we talked about what would and wouldn't work with the choices I went in with specific concerns regarding what I needed in a vehicle. Rob listened and we talked about what would and wouldn't work with the choices available in the types of vehicles. He hit a home run with the first vehicle, a Ford Escape. The test drive cemented it for us. Rob found a number of incentives available at the time and went to the effort of explaining the deals. Joel made the finance process very smooth, effortless, and quick. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, Rob was busy with another customer, so Eric was able to step in and did a great job handling the rest. Great staff, great experience!
