Repairs to my SUV was more than the 16 year old SUV. Since my wife bought a 2016 Ford Escape as I sat there at the dealership and was impressed with my wife's experience. I equally experienced this with Rob Beckwith. I thought I could go elsewhere but did not think it would be any better. Rob was authentic and informative. This was a similar experience includes Laura Jordon from the finance and Shannon from the internet assistant. More

Took a little long on closing because they were lightly staffed on Friday afternoon and Jim was serving multiple customers. Also trade in value I felt was light. A stand-up operation! I bought a 2011 F-150 in August, 2015 with 43,000 miles on it. A week after I bought it, GLF found the steering rack was faulty and replaced it at no I bought a 2011 F-150 in August, 2015 with 43,000 miles on it. A week after I bought it, GLF found the steering rack was faulty and replaced it at no cost to me. In April, 2016 GLF identified a timing chain rattle and repaired this major problem under warranty. This is a great truck and the dealership really stands behind their product. I could have been out close to $5,000 in repairs, but GLF covered them and has made the purchase of this truck a truly happy experience. I'm 57 and have never dealt with a dealership this good. This is the only dealership I'll do business with, period! More

Service Center I had my car in for routine service yesterday. I had a complaint about condensation in a tail lamp. She could have said ok we'll order the part but Krista, the agent, went to the trouble to get the price of the part, explain to me about the conditions in which the warranty would pay, and, took the extra time to remove the tail light casing to see if indeed my car met those conditions by having the part checked by the parts department. And, I was out of there within an hour and twenty minutes. That's good service. Thank you. More
