Upset with Worse Dealship responded

I will call you tomorrow about your Negative Business. Why? Because the Certified Used Car with 17,000 was taken into Barber Ford today and they have stated that the car is not shifting properly and have ordered the parts to repair it. They have reprogram the vehicle to assist in proper driving till the parts come in. Your Salesman promised my daughter that he would find the other key to the car and send it to her. To this date he has not done that. We need the code for the push button entry so she can reprogram the push button door locks so she can use it.
