Sandra Prince was my initial contact with Grand Ledge Ford, and I was immediately blown away by how much she (and everyone there) spoke to me like a "normal person" and promptly took my information and got me set up with David Brown in Sales. David immediately put me at ease and laid out several options for my lease buy-out, most of which were well in my price range. Laura Jordan helped out with my financing, who was also very nice, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The whole process was so much easier than I expected, and both the service and buy-out plan exceeded my expectations. I was simply buying my own car, but they made it a big deal and a priority for them. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone buying or leasing a vehicle! More

We are from Grand Rapids so it was very convenient for us when they said they would drive the vehicle to us for a test drive. The car was also certified and had a great warranty we were very pleased about that! We didn't feel pressured in any way, and the price negotiations went very, very well. Our salesman Josh Preston was very straightforward and we appreciated that. They gave us a better deal then we could find at any other dealership on a Ford Edge. I worked with David Brown and Nick Vollman and ended up buying the car. David and Nick were both great and I would recommend either one for new car sales. I also got to meet Craig Ervin and Mike Carr late Saturday night they were there forty five minutes after closing time to meet another customer picking up their new car! This was truly exceptional service in my opinion and I wanted to make note of it. I picked up my car Monday evening and had the pleasure to work with Jim Himebaugh and meet Matt Bottsford as part of that process. All were great to work with and easy to do business with. All in all, this may be the best dealership experience I've ever had, 100% satisified, also the Shelby is GREAT! More
If you want terrible service GLF is for you We bought a Lincoln mkz about 5 months ago. We noticed something wasn't quite right about it after about 10 days. We bought the car with a 90 day warr We bought a Lincoln mkz about 5 months ago. We noticed something wasn't quite right about it after about 10 days. We bought the car with a 90 day warranty on the window sticker, and also a three year 75,000 mile warranty. So we contact grand ledge ford about some issues after 10 days. We brought the car in for service. I had explained my wife's concerns, and they said they would check them out. After speaking with my wife on the phone I realized I forgot to mention an issue she was concerned about. I called grand ledge ford and talked to the service rep. that had checked in the car. After explaining my wife's concerns. She responded "What do you want you didn't buy a new car" great customer service skills. We may not have brought a new car but the car we did buy was supposed to have been a Lincoln certified pre owned vehicle according to the sales person. Later found out not to be true. They could not find anything wrong said the car drove fine. The service manager said the tires needed to break in???? Well 5 months and tires still must not have broke in cause the car has a shake on the highway same as we told them. We took the car to a independent shop where they found three bent wheels. So just so grand ledge ford couldn't say the shop isn't ford or Lincoln certified we took the car to a ford dealership who confirmed the issue. Both places took one inspection to find this problem.grand ledge ford missed it on the pre sales inspection and during a requested inspection. Mind you the service manager himself couldn't find the problem. So if you want second rate service and lousy customer service. Go to grand ledge ford. P.s. we can get three new wheels but to have a matching set we have to pay $400 dollars out of pocket. You would think after bending me over they could make it right at no cost to me. More
