Not a high pressure sell. If I have questions about my options (and I always have a ton) he patiently answers me, and if he doesn't know the answer he doesn't pretend that he does. But he will always get the right answer. In my latest experience I had the vehicle all picked out, paperwork was almost done and I threw a curveball in with a new option that I wanted. If I was in his shoes I would have probably lost it with me. But he was patient with my insanity and worked it through with me. In the end, I got the vehicle I wanted and I'm very pleased.
