But... since I became a GLFL customer three years ago, that has changed. And my latest experience with Josh Preston, has only confirmed that my fears were certainly not based on recent experiences. When my three year lease was up, Josh asked all the right questions, without any of the dreaded sales pressure that I'd come to expect. He did a great job of presenting relevant options and made very helpful suggestions. The result was a special order of a new Ford, a timely arrival, and a painless delivery process. The delivery was made simple by Business Manager Jim Himebough, who has multiple talents, including explaining all the financial details, finding the best financing, and doing math upside down!
