Josh was assigned to us, and began asking questions regarding our needs for a used car. After a few questions we were looking some vehicles that may fit our needs and pricing. Josh did and excellent job on getting some car open that he thought would fill the bill. We ended up buying a 2015 Escape Titanium. After we settled on a price Jim Himebaugh took over and walked us through the paper work. His skill made this very easy and quick. To finish the sale i brought the title to my trade in to the dealership on Monday, June 5, but Josh was tied with a customer. Marianne Cox helped out getting the title to Jim Himebaugh and making arrangements with the service area to get the missing key fobs programming underway. All in all this car buying experience was fairly quick and easy. More
