I have always enjoyed coming to this dealership. I only had bad service once…now twice. This last visit was not a very good one. I was there about 45mins longer than I normally am. No reason given why, just a sorry, and that my papers “landed into this persons lap”. He was not the original service rep that was helping me. He was completely nice, but he didn’t know why he got handed my information and why it took that long. There was someone that came in 20 minutes after me and they got to leave before I did. Maybe they didn’t get an oil change and got something quicker. What I do know is that I got the video link to my phone to see how the oil change and inspection went on my car. About 15 minutes later I saw my car pull in to the service garage for me to be able to leave. I sat there for probably half an hour if not longer waiting still before someone cane and got me. The service rep that originally helped me was not there when I left. Maybe he was on lunch, which is totally fine but the fact that it took 45 minutes longer than normal and no good explanation as to why is upsetting to me. It did seem like they had some drama going on that morning when I pulled in originally. I heard something about a customer hit a deer with one of their loaner vehicles. Then I was waiting it looked like a manager or someone with a suitcoat went out there to talk to one of those guys and when he came back through the door, he slammed into it like he was angry. Then a few minutes later he came back and then he went back to where he was again and one of the guys that was talking about what happened this morning came into the building to give him some kind of note obviously and then came back out. Not sure if the slow service had anything to do with all of that going on, but some kind of explanation would have been nice. Especially since I said I saw my car pull into the garage and I still was sitting there waiting to be able to leave for quite sometime. More
Lindsay Seely does a very good job! She is very professional in her approach and she makes the customer feel welcome.
