So we contacted Josh (excellent salesman) and my brother drove over and checked it out for us, since we are about 450 miles away. After many conversations back & forth, we drove up to look at it. Great Ford F150 Purchase Experience I needed to upgrade my 2002 Tacoma to increase my trailer towing capacity for a new camper just purchased. Both my wife and I did some exhausting research to determine the correct price point vs features combination and to settle on F150 vs Silverado. I first met Evan in the parking lot early in my search and he listened well to my criteria. After reviewing dozens of trucks on many dealer sites, I returned to GLF because 1) they were close by and 2) had the truck I wanted. I met Evan again and he remember my story and patiently allowed me to go through my decision process. I also needed to negotiate a trade in value for my Tacoma. Evan was great in facilitating all this. Both the cost of the truck and my trade in value were very close to what I expected. Shout out to Jeff L for his assessment of my Tacoma. Jim stepped us though the paperwork and finally detailed the Ford Protection Plan options (which we did opt for). This was a big decision for us and the GLF staff allowed this to be a very good experience. Today I got a follow up call from Evan just to check if I had any questions. We plan to have this truck for a while and have plans to take off across the country. I am glad we established a nice home base. Good job guys !! More

Best decision I made in my lengthy car search. I worked with Josh Preston, and he made me feel very welcomed. He knew this was my first car purchase and that I was not aware of how everything worked. I did not feel he took advantage of me being a new buyer, he was very honest about the whole process and nothing was a surprise. I knew what car I wanted but I wasn't sure if I wanted it right away, Josh did not pressure me into anything, I feel comfortable knowing that I made the purchase decision all on my own. He told me immediately there was no warranty on the car whatsoever and made a point of telling me not to buy it if I wasn't totally comfortable. Being a college student on a tight budget they were willing to work with me and brought my sale price down after some negotiation. They understood the tires wouldn't last me and nor would the brakes, Which brought me down a good 1300 sale price and gave me a great out the door deal. Very honest, clean, hospitable and made a point of making sure I was also comfortable with the purchase I was making. I'm thankful I ended up stopping by to browse the lot! More

Great Service Experience! First time customer as I live in Grand Rapids but recently started working in Lansing. Brought my Mustang in for an oil change and recall item fix. First time customer as I live in Grand Rapids but recently started working in Lansing. Brought my Mustang in for an oil change and recall item fix. Tito met me at my car and welcomed me by name. Was very professional throughout. I am very particular about my car and Tito picked up on that and said they would normally wash cars in for service but since mine was a convertible questioned if I wanted that. Being a convertible and black I only hand wash it so really appreciated the question. When I picked up the car Tito drove it up to the door for me, most other places the receptionist just tells you where it is parked. All this for an oil change on a car I did not buy here! I will certainly return to Grand Ledge Ford assuming this is an indication of their overall customer service. More
