On my last visit to Grand Ledge Ford, Krista gave me the news that I needed some repairs on my 147,000 mile Fusion. I decided that it was the time to trade it in and get another car. Rob was sales associate and guided me through several possible cars. Most importantly, he listened to what I needed and matched me up with the perfect car, a 2017 Fusion with 29,000 miles on it including a factory warranty. Jim, the finance guy, was friendly and got the financing taken care of in a short amount of time. He explained everything and put me in a financial position where I feel comfortable. When I picked up the car, Rob had it ready to go looking brand new and went over the car with me. Thrilled to ring the bell announcing a sale to the showroom.
