Outstanding customer service!!!!! I have been looking at Ford Trucks for quite a while but finally decided to actively pursue purchasing. He ended up finding a vehicle with everything I wanted. He was pleasent thru the entire process despite me being demanding. Then after the purchase he took lots of time to explain the features of the F 250, as I have never owned a Ford. Once this was completed he introduced me to the sales manager and service manager and actually took my wife and I on a tour of the service department. This was a 'first' for me after 40 years and my eleven purchase of a new vehicle. More

Unfortunately due to a move, I can no longer service my vehicle there. However, they have still been extremely helpful and continue to advice me with accurate information regarding warranty issues and potential service issues. Help is only a phone call away for me to get the accurate information. Their Service Manager Brian is amazing, and definitely leads by example. Nate was great as well as a service adviser and truly went above and beyond to accommodate schedules. More
