I was able the schedule an oil filter/oil change within a two day timeframe of my call. My appointment was at 1 pm and it was completed by 1:45 pm. They provided a link to a video of the service tech walking through the work that he had completed and review of brake and tire life measurements. The work was done up to expectations. This was my first service since taking this truck on a lease. I prefer to wait and not take shuttles to and from service facilities. I was impressed with the work and the timeframe in which it was done. More
