Professional service, low pressure sales, customer service! I've dealt with a few dealerships in my lifetime and this is the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle from. The staff at Grand Ledge Ford (in part I've dealt with a few dealerships in my lifetime and this is the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle from. The staff at Grand Ledge Ford (in particular, Tim and Evan, sales representatives) were very attentive to my questions and concerns during the buying process, putting me at ease and discussing the hard facts that, as a knowledgeable customer, gained my loyalty. (We looked up reliability ratings, competitor prices, recalls, everything.) The sales team remembered me by name, listened to my desires in a vehicle, and did not try to aggressively upsell me into vehicles outside of my price range. Also, I've had my vehicles serviced there, and their service is great. For $20 less than my former oil place, I got an oil change, tires rotated, a safety inspection AND they washed my car. Lastly, THIS is the most important thing. Anyone can buy a car from anywhere, but what really shows the true colors of a business is how they take care of their own when something goes wrong. I bought a used vehicle and didn't discover that it had an issue until shortly after purchase. (It's a Kia steering issue, no recall showed on my VIN, it's EASY to miss, only happens at like 70 mph). What did they do? Their manager went on a ride with me personally to confirm the issue. They gave me a NICE loaner vehicle, ordered parts, and are fixing the vehicle free of charge. Throughout the repair, their service department (namely Krista) offered consistent updates and excellent communication. The point is, they did not have to do that. They've earned my loyalty for sure, I've had nothing but a completely positive experience with them. More

Grand Ledge Ford Service fails to live up to expectations I can't say enough good things about LaFontaine Ford's service department. I had originally purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer from Grand Ledge Ford and I can't say enough good things about LaFontaine Ford's service department. I had originally purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer from Grand Ledge Ford and from day one I had complained about the right front passenger seat rocking and making a noise when the vehicle was turning. Twice GLF looked at it and claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem though pulling out of the dealer it still existed. Finally I called Ford Motor Company to see what could be done, and they recommended taking it to another dealer which is how I ended up with LaFontaine. The people in service listened to my problem and discovered the issue and ordered a new seat track which resolved the problem. This dealer is where I plan to take my business from now on. They aren't consumed by trophies like GLF, they are consumed by customer satisfaction. More

We made a deposit and the attempt to get the vehicle from the other dealership began. Communication on Tuesday and Wednesday about the arrival, pricing and rebate availability became very confusing as different team members were present and conflicting information was or wasn't passed on to the team we ended up dealing with when we signed the final papers. On an up note, that final team which now included Jeff, came up with additional rebates and other savings that made all the confusion and frustration worth while. When we took delivery of our new Ford Escape on Friday, we had excellent assistance from Nate and Matthew to make us comfortable with all the new technology and features. Drove away very satisfied and pleased. Only remaining problem is that the dealership that Grand Ledge Ford obtained the vehicle from did not send the entry number for the door keypad keyless entry. Nate has arranged for the Service Department to assist us with solving that issue. More
